Task 1 : Role of Ca2+ and SK3 channels in cancer cell migration and survival

This task aims to decipher the roles of voltage independent calcium channels Orai1/2/3, TRPC1/4, its regulators STIM1/2 and SK3 channels in the migration and survival of breast, prostate, leukemia Bcr-Abl and chronic lymphocytic leukemia cancer cells and to identify signalling complexes (signalplex) involved in these biological processes.
