Team description

Our team has a good expertise in heterocyclic chemistry (N, S, O) and microwave assisted-chemistry with applications to the access of biologically relevant heterocyclic systems. The group has developed the preparation of various marine alkaloid derivatives as specific inhibitors of kinases for cancer.

Role in the network

In this project, the team will design a structure-activity relationship approach and prepare novel fused poly-nitrogen containing skeletons with no permanent charges, mimicking NS8593 I and II, which inhibited SK3 channel in the nanomolar range, are used as pharmacological models.

Involvement in tasks 3

Discovery of SK3 channel and SOC modulators : Heterocyclic NS8593 analogs
